The residential network utilizes the ForeScout network access control (NAC) system to maintain a safe and robust network environment for residents. The NAC requires users to log into the network.

Login requirement (Windows, Mac, Linux, Handheld devices)

All students are periodically required to log into the network. When the login window appears in your browser, simply enter your network credentials to continue working.

The login window appears approximately once every two weeks. However, keep in mind that if you connect your computer to both the ResNet wired and wireless networks, you'll need to login twice (once on each network interface).
