The ResNet Help Desk is located in Johnson Hall room 15 (ground floor, west wing entrance). ResNet help desk staff provide free computer/network support to all resident students. We also provide support for the Beck Hall, Deatrick Hall, Johnson Hall and Rothermel Hall computer labs. The help desk is fully staffed during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Normal hours:

Sun: 4pm to midnight
Mon: 8:30am to midnight
Tue: 8:30am to midnight
Wed: 8:30am to midnight
Thu: 8:30am to midnight
Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
Sat: 2pm to 6pm
