Desire2Learn used the stage of its annual user conference to announce the rebranding of its core education applications. The company revealed that its flagship product set will now be called Brightspace, an Integrated Learning Platform (ILP) that unifies recent product acquisitions and partnerships under a single brand. What does this mean for KU in the near-term? Aside from the rebranding of our current D2L support and login pages, there will be no changes to the functionality of the system. New feature sets, improvements and support offerings will continue to be introduced with each scheduled upgrade and throughout the upcoming academic year.
